As far as dining goes their room service is so basic they don't even even have buffalo wings. So restricting my free play was uncalled for and insulting. I stayed about 3 times within 2 months and came out losing 2 of those times. If i get a monthly offer I expect all those offers to be valid they can lower or change my offers the next month, but to stop my offers immediately makes me never want to deal with resorts again. It was a huge insult basically saying your not losing enough so no more free play for you. I was reached out to by my host in the middle of the second month with my good offers who advised me they are restricting my free play offers because of my low play, but I can have it reinstated if my play changes. Being the place was so tight I never played as big again, but still lost a decent amount. I had great daily free plays, good weekly food money, and decent comp dollars for the next 2 months after my heavy play. I was given a host from resorts after coming back after a long time. I would consider myself somewhat of a entry level high roller. The comps are good, but obviously your losing a lot to get them since the machines are so tight. Compared to most places I played it's very tight.
It's very hard to win even when playing high limit and finally got a hand pay it was just over $1200. As far as the slots goes it's one of the tightest I experienced. Only bad thing is you can't see the TV in both bedroom and living room where it is. I stayed in the King Suite in the Ocean Tower and its very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms and huge living room area. The rooms in the new tower are bigger and more up to date, but I haven't been very impressed by any of the rooms in this hotel. but the hotel itself is old actually one of the first ones in AC. They have updated most if not all their older rooms. I've been going to Resorts AC for years now on and off.
